TO ORDER all that is needed is the salt and pepper shaker(s) identification letters and numbers (found directly under each shaker's picture. Via all methods we will contact you back to verify you order and cost.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS: A time period of 1-3 weeks after receipt of your order should normally be allowed for processing. IF you have not received an order or a backorder please let me know. Also be sure to deduct any credit you have coming when you place a new order.

PAYMENT may be made by check or money order, payable to either the company or to me. PAYPAL is also available. Checks are welcome but may have to clear before merchandise is shipped. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS after telephone order unless other arrangements are made.

SHIPPING will be primarily by UPS within the U.S., therefore a street address must be supplied for delivery. SHOULD DAMAGE OCCUR, RETAIN ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTON AND PACKING MATERIAL WITH DAMAGED GOODS. CALL UPS TO REPORT DAMAGE WITHIN 5 DAYS, there will be no charge to you. DO NOT REPACK THE ITEM(S)! Notify me and a replacement or refund will be sent. I will make the UPS claim. You MUST follow this procedure to obtain a replacement or refund.

LAYAWAY is available through arrangements with me. I EXPECT MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON LAYAWAYS unless some unusual circumstance precludes this.

RETURNS can be made within 10 DAYS after your receipt of merchandise. NO REFUND, EXCHANGE RO CREDIT AFTER THE 10 DAY PERIOD. Items must be in the same condition as received, so please wrap carefully. Please enclose SASE if you want a refund. Refunds will be made on merchandise only, not shipping costs. If you are exchanging an item, please send money for shipping.
